Terms of Service

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured; until then it remains pending and carries no binding commitment on either side.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, write to us at team@aravali.farm with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, though it remains covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately, including composition, weight and method of production, but we do not make medical or therapeutic claims about any product sold here.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from an order is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the seller is registered.
